Visible Image- Season's Greetings

Visible Image

Good morning!  This week I decided to play with my Visible Image Christmas stamps in my Watercolor Art Journal.  I got my new Peerless Watercolors so I couldn't wait to play!  I started by masking off the moon with Liquid Frisket.  Once that was dry I got busy painting the background with purples and blues.  I used my white Prang watercolor paint to lighten the bottom of the page.  You can't see it in the picture, but I mixed the white paint with Perfect Pearls to add shimmer to the "snow"  After the background was dry, I removed the liquid frisket and stamped my Santa, tree, and sentiment with black pigment ink and heat embossed them with clear embossing powder.  To finish it off I used a white pen to add snowflakes all over the page.
