Online Card Classes- Watercolor

Day #1
Hey there!  I finally decided to sign up for a class over at Online Card Classes.  We are learning all about watercoloring on our cards.  I used Prang watercolors along with Peachy Keen Stamps Chicken Wire background. After I was done painting, I laid a paper towel over the top to soak up the excess water and I was left with a fun polkadot background.  Happy accident!  I really love how this turned out!

-Supplies-
Papertrey Ink cardstock- Royal Velvet, White.
Papertrey Ink Dies- Block Alphabet, Double Ended Banner.
Papertrey Ink Stamp- Women of Life.
Peachy Keen Stamps- Chicken Wire Background.
Ranger Embossing Powder- Polysparkle.
Canson Watercolor Paper.
Prang Watercolor Paints.
Doodlebug Design Sprinkles- Lilac.

Because I don't own any stencils, I used a homemade butterfly stencil to try out the stencil technique.  It didn't show up great, but if you look close you can see a few stenciled butterflies. =)  I used the paper towel again like I did in the card above.

-Supplies-
Canson Watercolor Paper.
Prang Watercolor Paints.
Papertrey Ink Stamps- Year of Flowers Violets.
Papertrey Ink Cardstock- True Black, White.
Uniko Studio Stamps/Die- Bright Butterflies.
