Hang in there...

Visible Image

Hey there!  I'm back today with another Visible Image card.  I started by stamping the Grunge Polka dots in pink ink onto a white card front.  I stamped the smaller dots, in  black, over the pink dots.  I stamped the chandelier in black pigment ink and used clear embossing powder to heat emboss it. I stamped my sentiment in black, added some pink shadows, cut it out, and drew a messy border. I added three enamel dots to the sentiment and adhered everything to a black card base.

Dad...

Photobucket

Hey, friends!  Today I am sharing a card I made with The Stamps of Life's new momanddad2love stamp set along with chevron #2 dies, AND the new Happy Collection patterned paper.
I started by die-cutting the chevron border into Strawberry cardstock, and then I layered that over a Powdered Sugar card base.  Next I adhered the black and white patterned paper (which I totally love!) over the red layer.  I stamped my sentiment, colored "Dad" red, trimmed it down, and adhered it to my card.  I love arrows, so I was super excited to play with these!

Thank you so much for stopping in today!

Awesome DUDE!

Visible Image

Hi, friends!
Creating my own patterned paper with stamps is one of my favorite "techniques."  To create this card, I used stamps from Molly Rules, and Jake Skates. I love the little skull stamp!

Uniko Studio Challenge #20- Things With Wings

Challenge #20- Things With Wings

Hey there!  This months' challenge theme is 'Things with Wings.'
Head over to the Uniko Studio blog for all the details; there are prizes involved!

I chose to use the English Country Garden Butterflies set for my card.  I started by stamping the solid pink butterflies onto a white card base.  I purposefully stamped the outlines "offset" just to add a little interest.  I cut/stamped the sentiment strip, and die-cut the top border.  I inked the edges of all the layers, and assembled as shown.
