Visible Image- Immortal Love

Visible Image

Hey there. =)  I had some playtime this week, with my amazing Immortal Love stamp set.  It's not your typical lovey dovey, cutsie, love set (not that there's anything wrong with those lol), it's much more unique and interesting, I think.  I love the grungy-ness!
I started by stamping the barbed wire, and sentiment onto a white A2 card base.  I cut some leaves from black and white polkadot paper and adhered them to the card.  I stamped, colored, and cut the rose and adhered it over the leaves with foam adhesive.  To finish it off, I rounded the top corners, and lined the inside with red cardstock.

That's all for today, thank you for stopping by!

Uniko Studio Challenge- Clean and Simple

For the Challenge this month we are back to a 'theme' and colour pallet:

'Clean & Simple'

+

I started by adding cardstock strips to a white A2 card base.  Next I stamped and heat embossed the stars. I stamped 'wish' with black pigment ink and heat embossed with a clear shimmery embossing powder.  (Kind of looks like the lake in the inspiration picture!) I stamped the rest of the sentiment in a coordinating blue ink, and finished by lining the inside with the orange-y colored cardstock.

Paper Sweeties September Release Rewind!

Hey friends!  Have you enjoyed seeing the teams' new-release projects this week!?  I know I have. =)

I love this sentiment from the new Smitten stamp set so I had to find the perfect image to go with it.  These adorable birds from the Splish Splash stamp set were perfect!  Dontcha think??  I started by stamping the birds and sentiment onto white cardstock. After I colored the birds I used an embossing folder to emboss the little flowers.  I trimmed it down and adhered it to a green card base.  Quick and adorable!

Paper Sweeties September Release Party!

Hi!  Back again today with some more Paper Sweeties goodness!

For this card I started with an A2 card base and added paper from Echo Parks' Victoria Gardens collection. I used a black marker to outline the layers.  Next I stamped, and colored Abigail.  Then I stamped her clothes onto coordinating paper, cut them out by hand, and adhered them to my card.  She looks so cute in a tutu! =)

Paper Sweeties September Release Countdown!

Good morning!  I'm back with another peek at some new Paper Sweeties products.

Here I started with a light gray A2 card base.  I added a pinking border to the top and inked the edges of my card with pink Distress Ink.  I stamped the balloon strings using the Party Time stamps set, and die cut two hearts with the new 'Sweet Cuts- Fun Shapes' heart die.  Then I stamped one of the fab new sentiments from the Smitten stamp set onto my card base.  I lined the inside of my card with coordinating paper (Echo Park- Victoria Gardens), added a twine bow to my balloons, and colored in the little sentiment hearts.
